diarrhoea

yes i had really bad diarrhoea after my dinner yesterday night... the whole night i couldn't sleep, felt like puking... had to sit up around 3am coz the vomit was really coming up, keep dozing while i sat, then until i felt better, i could lie down... then had diarrhoea in the morning...
