absolute yoga
went for my first hot yoga lesson @ absolute yoga with winy and lil today. it's was freaking hot and humid. really difficult to breathe (and the instructor kept stressing on breathing), however it was a good exercise. my muscles are feeling the stretch now. hopefully i wouldn't be too sore tomorrow (lots of stairs at nie).
for a drop-in class, it's $34. but if you get a referral from a member, you only pay $17 for the first lesson. for information about packages, check it out here.Labels: friends
