uncle's wedding 26march2011 i'm absolutely so packed with work that i didn't have time to edit photos from last week and hence you will be viewing extremely outdated posts. sorry! my family attended my uncle's wedding on saturday at tung lok restaurant at the central.  wore my lovely dress from h&m that i got from hong kong. wanted to wear it from chinese new year but had too many new and unworn clothes then to choose from. we reached there early and went to have some bubble tea at gong cha.  from left: lemon juice, taro milk tea, wintermelon tea and gong cha milk tea.  we were one of the earliest as we made our way into the private dining area.   a whole list of seafood :( which the others enjoyed.  my aunt.  the older generation.  brothers who bond over beer.       sticky! each of us got a small bottle :) my cuz thought it was not enough and went down to buy more at the basement.  fantastic sakura chicken puff with foie gras (of which i removed and passed to my cuz).     the loving couple.   the younger generation.  another hot favourite: smoked duck meat.        horrible tasting drink. it totally smelled.  our faces before tasting it.  bubur hitam with coconut ice-cream and oatmeal. gooooooodddddd..... after that we went to my uncle's house for a post-wedding durian buffet. yeah! |
