a teacher's job satisfaction


i was marking with R today and she happened to finish marking english paper 2 for my sec 2 class. although there were still eight failures, i'm really proud of them as many of them have improved drastically! so giving them lots of exercises and staying back twice a week to have remedial with them have paid off :) i'm so happy with my class and myself, i'm going to give myself a pat on the back. hopefully they do well for the other components too...
