skinny pizza went to comex with sis and matthew to buy an ipad for my dad, but they didn't sell ipad at comex. so disappointing, but all was not lost as we each got something from the fair. before that we had skinny pizza for lunch. 
ginger butter chicken pizza. i couldn't get any hint of ginger, but there was definitely a distinctive indian taste. it was fantastic! the crust was very thin and crispy. the combination of hard boiled egg with butter chicken and onion was lip-smacking good! 
the second pizza we shared was the turkey cheese one. the contrast of salty cheese and turkey ham with sweet blueberry compote was ingeneous! i'm hooked! for dessert, i had a hard time deciding because everything looked so good. the toffee chocolate cake, their famous strawberry shortcake, carrot cake, etc. i finally decided on banana caramel cake. 
the banana caramel cake was topped with coffee grind and came with salty popcorn in the side. i don't really get the combination, but they worked fine together. i wish the caramel would ooze out as promised. i want to go back for a second time to try the salami pizza and strawberry shortcake for dessert! |
