Wicked musical Watched wicked @ marina bay sands on Friday. Truthfully it was a damn good one. Strong vocals, witty lines and dramatic acting. How does it compare to lion king? According to my colleagues who watched both, lion king had better props but this has better vocals.       @ 14:42

Sandcastling Went for a team building event yesterday with my colleagues. It was rather interesting as we tested our creativity with building sandcastles. Later we had dinner at mad jack which is an affordable casual western diner. Also took pictures of my new necklace from tracyeinny and hand folded bouquet of flowers. Post Christmas updates Realised that I haven't uploaded pictures from the Christmas party! Here are some shots taken that day. We had a dance off aka dance marathon using wii, exchanging of presents and lots of food (sorry didn't take any picture of the food, scavengers I tell you). post wisdom tooth extraction: keeping it clean  i'm going to take out my stitches in a few days' time. i have been keeping the site clean by following the instructions given by the dentist., so that means chewing on only the left side of my mouth. boy was it a pain to keep everything on one side. i had to chop my food into small chewable bits, blowing on the food to cool it down and taking in small mouthfuls of food at one time (imagine feeding a toddler). still, sometimes food would manage to slip past my guard and go over to the right side. that is when the strict regime comes in.  i was provided with a syringe to pump water at the site after every meal. this is to ensure that any little food particle would be washed away to prevent bacteria from growing.  my usual brand of mouth wash is listerine, however, that is too strong for the wound. thus, i'm using a milder brand of mouth wash to rinse my mouth after every meal. other than just cleansing the wound, i think it does a good job by ridding the overworked side of my mouth of remaining food particles.  lastly, as with usual habit, brush my teeth in the morning when i wake up and at night before i go to bed. and to take special care around the site by brushing gently. this would also help as it will not tug on the stitches. hopefully with all these efforts the dentist will have something good to say when she sees me this week! Perth road trip: Fremantle Coming to the end of my Perth trip. We headed to Fremantle for the day. I really enjoyed the place. There were lots of Asians, plenty of food outlets and even more shopping. We tried one of the famous fish and chips place but it wasn't as good as the ones we had in England. We also managed to make it back to apartment early (for once) to catch the sunset. Got pretty great pictures there! P.s. I apologize for the order of the pictures.
