bad experience  went to citibella for my fornightly express pedicure because the service is good and the nail polish lasts about two weeks. also, they don't push you to buy any packages so you can just have your pedicure without this incessant chirping as accompaniment. decided to kill two birds with one stone and had my brows plucked there as well. it was my first time trimming my brows at citibella and i don't know why but both the members of staff were unbelievably pushy this time. they even bordered on being insulting. kept stressing how big my pores were and how many blackheads i have and how big my pimples are. later, while i was having my pedicure, the girl kept telling me how dry my skin is and that there are fungi (?) growing on my feet and i needed to buy their products to solve these problems. i think it's ok to sell your packages but i believe that it is crucial to be diplomatic about it. if someone already does not have the intention to purchase a package, your tactless and explicit pointing of faults would not help. furthermore, i do not think i will return to citibella to have my brows done again. it costs $16.90 and for that price, i could have it done twice at peninsula plaza.
